• ขนมลาเป็นขนมพื้นบ้านทางภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย ซึ่งทำมาจากแป้งข้าวเจ้าเป็นขนมสำคัญหนึ่งในห้าชนิดที่ใช้สำหรับเพื่อนำไปถวายพระสงค์ในงานประเพณีสารทเดือนสิบซึ่งเป็นประเพณีที่สำคัญของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

  would like to show you about how to make Khanom La at Watpramahatat of LIGOR city. Before we will see how to make Khanom La, I would like to tell you about Ingredients of making khanom la.
  
  ส่วนผสมการทำขนมลา(Ingredient of making Khanom La)
  


• ข้าวเจ้า ( rice flour)



• น้ำตาลทราย (sugar)



• น้ำผึ้ง (honey)



• น้ำมันมะพร้าวใหม่ๆ (coconut oil)



• ไข่ต้ม (boild egg)

เครื่องมือ/วัสดุอุปกรณ์(materials)

• ไข่ต้มใช้เฉพาะไไข่แดง (boiled eggs using only red eggs)



• กะลารือกระป็องเจาะรูเล็กๆ ถี่ๆ สำหรับโรยเส้น (a hold can)



• ไม้แหลมสำหรับแซะขนม 2 อัน (2 picket)



• กระทะก้นแบน (pan)

ขั้นตอนการทำขนมลา (How to make Khanom La)

• ตีแป้งข้าวเจ้าผสมน้ำตาลทรายและน้ำตาลปี๊ปในกะละมัง
  Mix flour with sugar and whip.



• ตีแป้งกับน้ำตาลให้เข้ากันจนน้ำตาลละลายหมด
  Then whip flour and sugar until dissolved.



• ตักแป้งใส่กรป๋องที่เจาะรูู
  Next,Take flour put in the hole can.



• ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนและเอาน้ำมันสมไข่แดงทาในกระทะให้ทั่ว
  Next,Take pan on the stove heat land take oil mix yolk to pain in the pan.



• หลังจากนั้นทำการร่อนแป้งลงในกระทะที่ร้อนตั้งไว้ประมาณ 2 นาที รอให้สุกเหลืองใช้อลูมิเนียมมวนให้เป็นรังนกรอให้เย็นแล้วจึงใส่บรรจุพรรณฑ์

• ขนมที่ทำเสร็จใหม่ๆจะกรอบนุ่ม ถ้าวางไว้ในอากาศหลายชั่วโมงจะเหนียวขึ้น ถ้าชอบกรอบให้นำไปผึ่งแดดให้กรอบแล้วเก็บใส่ภาชนะ

Steps to do:
1. The first cut the poster paper cream color is a 1 piece and fold to the dashed line.
2. The second cut the poster paper red color is a crest and mouth as an example 1 piece and fold to the dashed line.
3.The next cut the poster paper orange color is a tail inside and cut the poster paper red color is a tail outside as an example 2 pieces after that use to nib divider and slit dashed line fold up-down in to the dashed line.
4.Finally cut the poster paper dark green color is in to wing inside and pale green color are wings outside as an example, each 2 pieces and use to nib divider slit dashed line and then fold up-down to the dashed line.

1.Fold the paper in half.
2.Fold the paper into half line follow dash line.
3.fFold the paper is specific on top .
4.Handle the paper for reverse .
5.This spot open up then fold over onto top .
6.Fold the paper over onto top and it will be this picture .
7.Head part, we will fold onto top.
8. The tip of head part, fold the head into wavy.
9. The tip of tail part, fold the paper break 2 time into body.
10. Pull tip of tail that break 2 time last.
11. Cut out by scissors.
12. Craw the eyes and trait give to your giraffe then finish to make Folding Giraffe by paper.
