นายกรัฐมนตรีเตรียมหารือผู้ก่อตั้ง World Economic Forum
วันที่ 2 ของการเดินทางเยือนเมืองดาวอส สหพันธ์รัฐสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ เพื่อเข้าร่วมประชุม World Economic Forum ครั้งที่ 41 ของนายอภิสิทธิ์ เวชชาชีวะ นายกรัฐมนตรี โดยเมื่อวานนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกับผู้นำอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์รายใหญ่ของโลก พร้อมให้ความมั่นใจในศักยภาพการเป็นผู้นำการผลิตรถยนต์ 1 ใน 10 ของประเทศไทยในอีก 5 ปีข้างหน้า ขณะที่แม้จะยังมีความเคลื่อนไหวของกลุ่มการเมืองต่าง ๆ ก็เชื่อว่าจะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเชื่อมั่นของนักลงทุน เพราะสังคมกำลังมุ่งไปสู่การเลือกตั้ง
สำหรับในส่วนประชาชนรัฐบาลพยายามสร้างหลักประกันในชีวิตให้ประชาชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมมากขึ้น และการสร้างโอกาสให้ประชาชนมีความยืดหยุ่น เพื่อให้ทันต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงของเศรษฐกิจ อย่างไรก็ตาม นายกรัฐมนตรี ยอมรับว่า ปัญหาการคอรัปชั่นยังเป็นปัญหาที่รุนแรงในประเทศไทย และต้องแก้ไขอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สำหรับภาระกิจของนายกรัฐมนตรี ในวันนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรี จะอภิปรายเรื่องเกี่ยวกับความแตกแยกในสังคมที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น ความเป็นอธิปไตยกับความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน การสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับสตรี การนิยามความร่วมมือของสังคมใหม่และการกำจัดช่องว่างระหว่างรุ่น ในโอกาสนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรี จะหารือกับ ศจ.Klaus Martin Schwab ผู้บริหารและผู้ก่อตั้ง World Economic Forum ด้วย
